Yes, there are Lots and lots of Scam Sites .Even I had Experienced few of them, after investment if you have any Problem they don't response you & nearly every scam site demands Money,because they don't get money from any specific Company.As they themselves are a company.  
Don't pay them, they are just Scams & also there are free Scams which don't demand money but offer to pay you a bonus money after registration. Not Every Money Demanding sites is a Scam. But the main problem is here "How to detect that which site is Scam and which is not?"

• Check the Website Quality.
• Check for the Site have Forum.
• Check out the Review & Rating about that site.
• Feel Free to ask anyone.
• Discuss about it on Social networking sites.
• Comments by People is an important point. 
• Check for any Verification logo of any Good Company,Verisign or BBB(Better Business Bureau...
• If the Site use HTTPS:// format for login then chance of scams Decreases.

These are the thing which you should keep in Mind before trusting any money paying website.
Seals & Logos of verification Look like:-

        Human has made Google. So keep Searching. Keep on Researching for various Sites,Check out the Quality of that site, Ask your Friends & other Online users, that's the voice of others against scams & they are the Reviews for that sites.

 Check out for Forums,if any site has a Forum them chance of Scam reduces. Read other information about those Sites.
